- All print sales are final due to their custom nature.
- We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or have printing defects. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Home Décor & Custom Furniture
- Many of our home décor and furniture pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced one at a time, so exact replacements are often not available.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll make it right—whether that means a repair, partial refund, or full refund.
If you’re not satisfied with your item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as it’s in its original condition.
Because many pieces are unique, we may not be able to offer a replacement, but we’ll issue a refund once the item is returned and inspected.
- Please note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Custom or made-to-order furniture is final sale, except in cases of damage or defect.
